About MeAt 20 years old, I have many years of work under my belt. I’ve worked in childcare for 9 years. I have been a buisness owner for 3 years, I am currently a Theatre Design and Theatre Management major, minoring in Business Administration at the University of Portland. In addition to my babysitting business, where I manage 8+ employees, I also am the Director of University of Portland's student-run graphic design service, ADvantage, and UP's yearbook business administrator.
Throughout high school and college I have been very invested in my school’s theatre programs as well as other community theatre companies. I hope to one day take what I learn from for-profit companies, and implement some of the skills to run a non-profit theatre company. In addition to my interest in theatre, I am also very invested in making my community, specifically my former high school and current university campuses better places for my peers as well as the staff and faculty. I strive to go the extra mile for both clients and my supervisors. I am a fast learner; I strive to find the most efficient way to get tasks done quickly without sacrificing quality. If you are interested in learning more about me and my work, you can reach me on my cellphone at (630) 746-4971 or via email at a[email protected]. Thank you for taking the time to consider me for your creative needs. -Amanda Ryan |
